Chemical formula: H2CO3

Found in:beverages, sparkling cyder, sparkling water, beverages mixed with sparkling water, ect...

Effects: It results in the formation of carbonic acid (which has the chemical formula H2CO3). It mostly effects the head . it can also increase rate of fractions in the bones. Intake of carbonated beverages has been associated with increased bone fracture risk in observational studies, but the net effect of carbonated beverage constituents on the amount of calcium in the body is negligible. Thus, the skeletal effects of carbonated beverage consumption are likely due primarily to milk displacement (drinking club soda and thus drinking less milk) It is also known as Seltzer Water component of most "soft drinks". The process of dissolving carbon dioxide gas is called carbonation.

Carbonated Water is water that contains a high amount of carbon dioxide in it, CO2, which `makes the water bubbly and gives it a tangy taste.
